For your distillery wedding, party, or event overlooking Keuka Lake

The Distillery Venue

Indoor and Outdoor Spaces with Tent

Use of the Distillery property includes:

Yard around Distillery
Tasting Room including deck
Open areas on property (excludes restricted areas)
including ceremony arbor

Open area Event Tent – approximately 3200 sq. ft.
Lighting and electrical (includes 8 LED light strings)
Dance floor in the tent – approximately 400 sq. ft.
Additional entrance tent – approximately 300 sq. ft.
(can be used for seating card table, gift tables, etc.)

Pricing

Our fees are for a typical wedding or event with attendance of up to 200 guests. Additional fees will be added for larger events or those that require additional services/support from Barrelhouse 6 Distillery.

Base Wedding or Event fee for use of Distillery property for 5 hours

Saturday: $3000
(set-up and tear-down times as identified in the Agreement)

Sunday-Friday: $2500
(set-up and tear-down times as identified in the Agreement)

Additional fees for added attendees (above 200) are $10 per attendee.

Cleaning/Breakage deposit (refundable within 30 days of event end): $500.

Add-Ons

Half hour ceremony overlooking Keuka Lake including ceremony arbor

Includes setup and breakdown of chairs up to 200 guests: $250

Open bar

45 minutes before ceremony: $15 per person 21 and over.

Rain tent

Optional at clients’ expense, market rate rental.

Beverage Packages

4.5 hour packages

$40 – $60 per person 21 and over (depending on tier chosen). $15 per person under 21.

Tier 1: Beer and wine: $40/per person
Tier 2: Beer, wine and cocktails: $55/per person
Tier 3: Beer, wine, cocktails and champagne/sparkling wine toast: $60/per person

All packages include non-alcohol juice, sodas, lemonade and iced tea.

Exclusive use of the Distillery Tasting Room and Deck

Up to 75 persons

Half Day (3 hours plus ½ HOUR set up and breakdown): $400
PLUS TWO BEVERAGE MINIMUM CHARGE PER PERSON

Full Day (5 hours plus ½ HOUR set up and breakdown): $600
PLUS THREE BEVERAGE MINIMUM CHARGE PER PERSON

Hourly/Per Hour: $150
ONE BEVERAGE MINIMUM PER HOUR PER PERSON

As an alternative you can purchase a drink package

Beer and wine $35/Per person for 3 hours
Beer, wine and cocktails $45/per person for 3 hours

Under 21 years of age, $10/per person for 3 hours – soda, juice, lemonade, iced tea
Under 21 years of age, $15/per person for 5 hours – soda, juice, lemonade, iced tea
