My wife and I stopped in today. We enjoyed the views and the cocktails and whiskey. We will be back again next time we come through the area.
I did a flight and my wife got a mule. The bourbon and rye were great. The chocolate cream was basically adult candy. The mule was good too. They had some local foods available as well as a nacho bar. There was a nice outdoor seating area also.
Was our 2nd stop of the day, the place is very nice with a fantastic view of the lake. Our drinks and tasting were too notch!.
Beautiful Lakeside view and a gorgeously designed distillery that will simply just take your breath away. Each detail from the bathroom to the bar..to the artwork on the walls ... just ties everything together to make this a comfortable relaxing place to enjoy with friends and family. If you haven’t stopped by yet ....you’re missing out on one of the greatest things in the Finger Lakes. Their Gin is delicious... their moonshine is excellent and I can’t wait to taste what else comes out of this distillery
First time there today, and it wont be the last! Had the spiked ovaltine and it fantastic. Even purchased the chocolate cream and will add that to my iced coffee.
This is an awesome place. The Drink is extremely smooth. The food is easy and delicious. The folks here are knowing and nice.

I cannot express enough how fantastic this place is! A large group of us spent an afternoon at Barrel House 6, and Kara (the owner) not only warmly welcomed us, but took the time to make suggestions on what to order as first-time whiskey tasters/drinkers and according to our individual preferences. LOVE this place and will absolutely be back when visiting NY again. Tell your friends and family!!
Second time we visited the Barrelhouse and again not disappointed. Very friendly atmosphere, love sitting on the porch and watching the scenery. Next time we come through will stop again.
Nice place, nice people, great view, good drinks. Now I don’t want to be too harsh if they were having a bad day, but if they can’t sling drinks faster than this (20-30 min), I don’t know how they will survive.
My wife,daughter and son-in-law arrived at Barrel House as Kara was putting out the "open" flag. We were greeted by our bartender and she explained some of the various spirits. We met Joe and Kara, the owners. Very nice and sociable people. They gave us a history of their journey to establish Barrel House. A great facility with fantastic spirits (Kara is also the Head Distiller). This was our first visit and it definitely has been added to the top of our list for return visits.
This is an awesome place, it was our first time here and we will definitely be going back.
Great view of the lake from a very nice deck. However for a distillery their offerings of whiskey (a bourbon and a rye) are too limited. Bees knees cocktail was way too small and prices too high - $43 for a flight (bourbon, rye, moonshine and gin), bees knees cocktail and chicken poppers. Probably not returning.
Amazing distillery with delicious drinks with an amazing view. Loved every drink we had and bought a few bottles of their amazing creams. Their bourbon is to die for. Can't wait to come back!
The owner has put her heart in creating a fantastic experience. Flavors, drinks, ambiance, she has nailed everything I want in a distillery. Great spot.
Fun place for a relaxing time. The drinks are fantastic and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Love hanging out on the porch looking at the lake with friends. The crèmes are a favorite so I took a bunch home. Have gone back every-time I have been in the area. Love it!!!!
Everything I’ve tried from Barrelhouse 6 has been excellent. The views from the porch are incredible and we enjoyed petting the ‘shop dog.’ The owners were welcoming and went out of their way to explain the background of each spirit we tried. If you’re out exploring the finger lakes, make a point of stopping by.
So when you had your fill of wine tasting go to Barrelhouse 6. They have a very good selection of their own distilled spirits. Go and try the Bourbon and be bold and try the Cream versions. They have a nice selection of mixed drinks. They also support local wineries with a nice selection of wines. They have snacks to go with your drinks. You need to make this a stop on your travels.
Fantastic cocktails and gorgeous view from their back deck. Dog friendly too so we brought our pups to relax. Very enjoyable experience

Bourbon and rye are great for New York and have some serious potential with age. We didn’t have any cocktails this visit but they look good and will be trying them next time.

2nd time there and bought even more! Try all three of the creams...all incredible! Thank you Kara for taking such good care of us. We will return and probably buy even more!
Shoutout to Maureen!!! Best bartender out there! Our group of 13 was taken in so kindly. We all ordered a variety of drinks and not a single one disappointed. Excellent beverages and service here, can’t recommend it enough. The views were great, too! This place is a hidden gem.
We just found this awesome new distillery!!! This was their second day they were open and WOW!!! Very cool place and brand spanking new. Very cool atmosphere with belt driven fans and unique artwork on their labels. We enjoyed our visit there on a whim and what a great find. We will be back! The bartenders and owners were very friendly and gave us the history in how they came to start the business. Great drinks and a nice variety of options! Marcie was our bartender and she mixed up some great drinks! Tried their watermelon margarita among other things. And they are dog friendly and have a great deck with a views of Keuka Lake. Have foods trucks every weekend and music 🎶 what more can you ask for! And it's only a short distance from Bully Hill and Heron Hill!!
