FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MEDIA INQUIRIES media@barrelhouse6.com(607) 868-3310 (October 24, 2022) – At the 2022 Bartender Spirits Awards, Barrelhouse 6 Distillery came home with a long list of accolades. Medals were awarded to those spirits that meet very specific judging criteria, with a goal of identifying spirits that should become additions to restaurant and bar menus. Spirits were judged by Mixability, Balance and Versatility, Taste, Mouthfeel and Finish, Package & Price. B6D in total was awarded six different recognitions! On top, was B6D’s Brothers’ 1910 Empire Rye that earned a gold medal with 91 points and scored an astounding 96 points in terms of taste, mouthfeel, and finish. Next was our Sisters 1924 London Dry Gin, Brothers’ 1910 Vodka and Brothers’ 1910 Peppermint Cream that were both awarded a silver medal finish. Lastly, the judging panel awarded our Middle Finger Moonshine and Brothers’ 1910 Bourbon Cream with a bronze medal.
The Bartender Spirits Awards are rated by bartenders, on-premise buyer, and bar managers in the United States. The goal of the competition is to provide independent and honest reviews for brands looking to enter the U.S. on-premise industry. The organizer of the event is the Beverage Trade Network, a leading online platform dedicated to connecting the global beverage industry.
